Our workouts generally consist of 6 phases:
- Active Warm Up
- Mobility Work
- Cutomized Functional Strength Training
- Core Work
- High Intensity Metabolic Conditioning
- Flexibility Work
Each session is about an hour long and you are moving from begining to end. After a few weeks with us you will have a completely different perspective of “working out”.
Because we don’t want to waste anyone’s time or money we offer a completely free consultation which includes the following:
- Goal Setting
- Expectations
- Meal Plan/Diet
- Movement Based Assessment
- Complimentary Session
The worst that can happen is that you decide you hate what we do and never want to come back. However with that said it’s very rare that someone tries out what we do and doesn’t return.
