Group Schedule:

Our Group Schedule is very simple. You pick how many days a week you want to work out and then simply tell us what days of the week you want to show up.

Group Schedule:

  • Monday         6:00AM     6:00PM & 7:00PM
  • Tuesday                            6:00PM & 7:00PM
  • Wednesday   6:00AM     6:00PM & 7:00PM
  • Thursday                           6:00PM & 7:00PM
  • Friday             6:00AM     6:00PM
  • Saturday        10:00AM

Individual & Team Schedule:

Individual and Team training is also available on an individually scheduled basis.

  • 05/28/12 – Memorial Day
  • 07/04/12 – 4th of July
  • 09/03/12 – Labor Day
  • 11/22/12 – Thanksgiving Day
  • 12/24/12 – Christmas Eve
  • 12/25/12 – Christmas Day
