Retribution is defined as the act of dispensing or receiving of punishment. The workouts posted here
are for actual fitness. They are not for bodybuilding or any other type of superficial “look”. How we
look is a result from our fitness level. If you are looking for an “easy” way to get fit this is not it.
The workouts are difficult by design. We punish ourselves both mentally and physically in the gym
so we can perform at a higher level in the real world.
As of right now there is no gym built from brick and mortar. Rather there are people and an idea.
The people are a small group of close friends. The idea that a person’s internal self motivation can
push themselves to the brink of their body and mind on a daily basis resulting in a higher level of
performance both in sport and in life.
